At 2020Shoppers, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent for a smooth shopping experience.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
- Customers are requested to cancel orders as soon as possible after placing them
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:

- 📱 Call or WhatsApp us with your Order ID
Our team will confirm the cancellation status based on your order progress.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Important Notes
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
- You may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy
- 2020Shoppers reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
