Return Eligibility

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased under clearance or sale offers
  • Personal care / hygiene products (if opened)

 Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup (if available)
  • After receiving the product, it will go through a quality check
  • Upon approval, your refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted (if applicable)

Cancellation Refunds

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed
  • If cancelled after shipment, refund is not applicable
