Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products purchased under clearance or sale offers
- Personal care / hygiene products (if opened)
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup (if available)
- After receiving the product, it will go through a quality check
- Upon approval, your refund will be initiated
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be deducted (if applicable)
Cancellation Refunds
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed
- If cancelled after shipment, refund is not applicable
